Al Mana Tower 3D aluminum facade + glass curtain wall solution.

The Al Mana Tower also known as Burj Al Mana is a mixed-use skyscraper in West Bay, Doha, Qatar, standing at 247 m (810 ft) tall with 57 floors. It completed in 2023, it is the current fourth tallest building in Qatar.42000 m2 unitized glass curtain wall & 37000m2 mashrabiya as sunshade system started installation in year 2019. SunFrame Façade Engineering (SFFE) received the inquiry of this project from the end of year 2017. The mashrabiya façade design was quite unique, so most of the parts need to customization. SFFE makes this façade design by 3D simulation, and realized the exclusive architecture exterior appearance.

The purpose of the tower is to create a futuristic landmark building, but also want to combine traditional Qatari architecture. Therefore, Sunframe decided to use a three-dimensional pattern model for the exterior wall, combining Arabic-style Mashrabiya with modern unitized glass curtain walls.
